Michael is great! Quick to respond and fit me into his schedule. Very personable and even showed my son a couple of tips on taking care of the piano. My piano sounds amazing and he was thorough and efficient. He not only tuned the piano, but also cleaned it and repaired a few keys that were having problems. I would definitely recommend him.
